Terms and Conditions for Funded Pole Dance Courses

1. Eligibility
Participants must meet the specific criteria set out by She Can Empower and the funding provider to be eligible for this funded course. While spaces are limited, we adhere to a fair and inclusive process that values equality and diversity. All eligible applicants will be considered, and selections will be made based on the outlined criteria, ensuring equal opportunity for all.

2. Registration Fee
A non-refundable registration fee may apply to secure your place in the course. This fee is payable upon registration and ensures commitment to the course.

3. Attendance
Participants are required to attend all sessions of the course. Consistent attendance is crucial for progression and to maintain funding eligibility. Failure to attend may result in loss of your place in the course and may impact eligibility for future courses.

4. Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend the course, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations should be made at least 72 hours before the start of the first session to allow time for another participant to fill your spot. Refunds for registration fees are not available.

5. Health and Safety
By enrolling, participants confirm they are in suitable physical health to attend a pole dance class and have no pre-existing medical conditions that could be aggravated by the activity. She Can Empower is not responsible for any injuries or incidents arising from participant's physical activity.

6. Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors and fellow students. Disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the course without refund.

7. Personal Belongings
She Can Empower is not responsible for any loss or damage to personal belongings. Please keep valuable items secure and bring only what you need.

8. Photography and Video
Photographs or videos may be taken during the course for promotional purposes. By enrolling, participants consent to the use of these materials on She Can Empower’s website and social media channels. If you prefer not to be included, please inform us before the course begins.

9. Modifications to the Course
She Can Empower reserves the right to make modifications to the schedule, location, or format of the course when necessary.

1. Registration and Payment
A registration fee is required to secure a spot in the course. Spaces are limited, and payment must be made in full upon registration.

All registration fees are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please notify us as soon as possible to discuss possible deferral options for a future course.

3. Attendance and Participation
Participants are expected to attend all sessions as each session builds upon previous ones. Active participation is encouraged to gain the most benefit from the course. Absence from multiple sessions may affect the participant’s overall progress.

4. Course Content
The course content is proprietary to She Can Empower and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without permission. Unauthorised sharing or recording of course materials is strictly prohibited.

5. Health and Wellbeing
The mindset course is designed to support personal development. However, it is not a substitute for professional mental health care. Participants are encouraged to seek professional assistance if they require mental health support.

6. Code of Conduct
Participants must treat the instructor and fellow students with respect. Any form of disruptive or disrespectful behaviour may result in removal from the course without a refund.

7. Confidentiality
She Can Empower respects the privacy of participants. Personal information shared within the course setting is confidential and should not be shared outside the group by any participant.

8. Liability
She Can Empower is not responsible for any decisions made by participants based on the teachings of the course. Participation is voluntary, and She Can Empower assumes no responsibility for individual outcomes.
